I'm anxiously waiting for word from the realtor as to whether or not Shannon got the townhouse she put a bid on. It's in a great location, just the right size, only a couple of years old, and most importantly (at least to her parents
) has a security system and it's own garage. There are a lot of homes going for foreclosure in our area, so she would get this one for a great price. We spent the day Sunday looking at a lot of the available house in our area and some of them were completely trashed. Thankfully we were able to find a few that were really well maintained and one in particular that was perfect for her. It seems amazing to me that she's only 22 years old and buying her first house.
I'm so proud of her.
