I can't check my settings (left the cable at work) but I will tonight when I go back to work.
I just changed the
Read joypad center back to all defaults, rebooted and now my select during reading is working again. But when I had the joypad center hold set to shutdown in the
read menu I could not use the joypad center to select things in the read area. It makes going through newspapers pert near impossible.
It seems that setting joypad center hold to shutdown in either
menu or
read causes the regular joypad center to be non-functioning.
I'm back to normal, joypad center hold set to shutdown for
menus only. The joypad center button can't be used to select in the
menus, but I'm good with that.
