Tip for everyone:
To reset settings of any addon, just delete corresponding file in /database/system/PRSPlus/settings.

Both kind of reboots have exactly the same effect, if one doesn't work, neither would the other.

Strange. To fix your problem, just delete the Key bindings file (I forgot the extension
) in settings folder. But before you do it, please post it's content.
