I guess he has first assigned it to "center" and then to "center-hold" which didn't work as expected because of a bug. (center is a bit problematic, because the same function is called for both "center" and "hold-center" internally)

Should work after restart, anyway, since settings are correct.

If restart doesn't help, than that's a worse bug than I thought and it will be fixed.
