Is this a fair assement of the Jetbook Lite? Does it give a proper review and project an accurate rating of the product? The answer is no but would it put pressure on the company to implement better shipping policies. I guess it would if they received alot of negative 1 star reviews about the shipping. So I say give books a 1 star review. It just might have positive results for ebooks.
Im bored... Waiting for the FedEX truck today..
My house has never been cleaner and I have never exercised such enthusiasm. I need a shower but I don't dare for fear of receiving a failed delivery attempt on my door.

I am opposed to such negative reviews and I just commented on someone elses review of a product where he gave it 2/5 stars because of shipping also. His review went on as a glowing review of the product highly recommending the purchase.
I heavily rely on reviews when I am looking for a product and I am a firm believer in reviewing the product itself and not something unrelated to the product. A negative review (and multiple ones) will lower the overall review rating of an otherwise problem free product.
Someone gave the PRS-300 a 1/5 and stated that it didn't have wireless, sd card slot and a few other things - NO KIDDING!!! it doesn't claim to, rate a product based on the product and what it is advertised to be - imho....
Your mileage may vary
As far as Amazon and their shipping. I have purchased MANY items from Amazon and overall I am very pleased with their shipping (when it comes from them). Many times they are just a brokerage agent for a third party and the shipping is out of their hands and in the hands of the third party. I have had some "issues" with these products as you have. But i don't consider a 1-2 day delay a deal breaker
And I do not believe that Amazon will be overhauling their shipping policy because a product or 2 gets 1/5 stars due to a shipping snafu. The lower rating will hurt the product more, imo - than help to get a better shipping dept.

Wed. afternoon to Monday afternoon should be considered a 5 day period. If you got it on Thursday you would not say it took 2 days. So 5 days, 2 of which are weekend days, and 1 of which is "recognized but not observed". So in effect, 3 day shipping (2 if you take 1 day to fullfill the order) Still not
"too bad" imo.
Don't get me wrong, I feel your pain, especially when you were hoping to get it early and have the weekend to play with it. I don't recall reading it, but what type of shipping did you choose? Expedited, or free? If it was expedited then I would call them and ask for a refund. I have done that in the past when I paid for next or 2-day and had a snafu, and they were very accomodating.
