Yep, it's time again for Amazon's Breakthrough Novel Award competition. They ran this last year along with Penguin and ClearSpace and they're running it again. Unlike last year, they've created TWO categories, General Fiction and Young Adult Fiction and the total prize money is now up to $15,000. Also, self-published novels are now eligible. Submissions can be made between Jan. 25th and Feb. 7th.
