In this case I would be referring to a DLL. The problem with XP is that video drivers run in kernal mode so if they have a problem they crash the PC. This is a big advantage to the Vista/Win7 video driver model... the drivers now run in user mode.
Ok, so I don't see a .DLL name mentioned in your error message. There ususaly on there somewhere. Do you see a .DLL name anywere in the BSOD message?
I agree with the other person that said "page fault" could be memory. But, bad RAM isn't as prevalent these days as it was 10 years ago. But it's possible.
