I believe that the only one for which this is even an option at the moment is the iLiad. I saw an iLiad last June/July and I think its screen/stylus would have done then for handwriting. True, there was a bit of a lag, but not bad, really. However, that opinion is a year-old and was hastily formed in the first place, so salt to taste.
The other side of the equation is that there's no software mechanism to do the HWR for you. One company (name slips my mind at the moment) announced that it was going to do some software for that purpose on the iLiad some months ago, but nothing yet.
