Probably - but if you donate half of the refund to the red cross and send the guy a thank you card, that'll be enough karma.

Although - they might try and track the number via UPS and then the guy could get into trouble (which wouldn't be fair). Dang - I'm just too honest to be rich. I couldn't do it.
