Being this thin and seeing no cracks for a panel on the bottom. Or as stated further back could it be like the first Sony reader with batteries in the hinge area..
Could always glue some high capacity solar cells to the lid. Then do a trickle charge. Or depending on power in on the adapter jack could haven an external bat pack like you can get for Ipods etc.
Wonder if I could cook up a paper mock up... Mat try this weekend or get freed from come customer projects tonight... Would be crew but could offer some insight that a 2d pix cant do...
UPDATE: Note the two feet on the bottom... They slide...! ^_^ Also if the plate on the bottom then memory upgrade is not out of line of possiblity..
