Lets try the Sony reader. I dragged all of my music onto a SD card, put it into my 600, and guess what? The songs have album cover art!

Ok, Ok, EVERYONE, but me, knew about this.

I see lots of discussions about which reader is the best, gotta have this or gotta have that, but little about the actual use of ereaders themselves.

Audio, interesting.

P.S. - just dounloaded an audio book to the 600 and it too has cover art.
One of the things that I like about the MP3 function on my ebook reader is the large album art (its only a little smaller than the actual CD cover). Unfortunately, it is very limited as an audio player, it just plays the songs in alphanumeric order with no shuffle or playlist capability. It also significantly reduces the battery life.

Its usable as an audio player in a pinch, but I prefer to use my dedicated audio player (a Sony NWZ-A818, an 8GB flash player) when listening to music, podcasts, and audiobooks. Unlike my ebook reader, it is fully functional with a long battery life.

By the way, from what I've read the Sansa Clip Plus is supposed to be an excellent player and a worthy successor to the Sansa Clip. If I decide to replace my Sony player, the Clip Plus is one I would definitely consider.
