They are identical, except that the Pocket Pro comes with a fake leather case (and you need some kind of case to protect the screen). This is a good basic reader, with a lower price than the Opus and 360 even though it has slightly better hardware than the other two. At present I would say that the Opus has the best ePub and the 360 the best PDF viewer, but the Pocket Pro isn't far behind (perhaps 2nd best in both PDF and ePub) and all three are "good enough". Both PocketBook and Jinke have been very responsive to their readers, with frequent and significant firmware upgrades. Bookeen is slower to produce new firmware, but their ePub viewer illustrates that they know what reader's want and they get there eventually.
