Hi there!
I'm new here so if this is not the appropriate place for this post, let me know.

I am looking to dive into the ebook world but I am not sure which reader would suit me best.
I am planning to use the reader mostly for fan fiction which can be downloaded in several different forms; .pdf, .doc, even cut and paste .txt and html.

I'd like a reader to travel with and that's not too expensive.
I have been looking into the Sony PRS 300 and the Astac Pocket Pro. I’d have likely bought the Sony already if it had a card slot.
These are both about the price I'd be willing to pay at around $200.

Are there any other devices I should be considering.

I live in the U.S.
