Is the government aware of this, I wonder, and believes for some twisted reason that it's reasonable, or is it just one of these things that happens when the people who make the laws have no idea what is really going on in the market? It makes no sense whatsoever! (Generate more garbage for the exact same product, and we reward you with reduced vat)
