My sympathies, I understand the frustration you must be feeling.

You don't say if the ereader is yours or another that of another family member. If it is someone else's ereader but you both use the same computer and you each have separate Adobe IDs you won't be able to share a library - see post 4 above by Dreams. If it is just you then it seems to come down to how many authorisations you have used up for a particular Adobe ID.

If the problem is that you have used up all your Adobe authorisations then Adobe are very helpful (Jim in particular!!) about resetting them but you have to do it through their web based support, not on the phone. If it's any consoloation, once you get past this initial hurdle it does seem to work very smoothly.

But it would be nice if Adobe could have the same feature you get with Itunes, where you can share a library on the same domestic newtwork
