My sincerest apologies for lack of response to the question of other formats, I was out of town for a couple days. I know Tony is working to get Kings of the Dead available on the Barnes & Noble nook. What other formats might he need to possibly look into? Tony really wants to get his name out there so future novels can possibly have more success.
