Every time i go by a Sony reader any where i go up and change that setting

its clearly wrong by default and drives me nuts. I think it comes from a web centric view where people are "paging" forward rather than a paper perspective.
When Plastic Logic showed their device a year and a half ago they had it the same way as Sony. I talked to them about how it was opposite of how you turn a physical page. They changed the default and allow the user to pick which way now
