I'm not sure I understand what you mean by "boot off", but:
you put whatever commands you want executed into the script.sh, start igorsk's flasher (by inserting corresponding SD/MS card). In flasher, press 3, it will run script.sh.
You can then exit the flasher by pressing the "menu" button.
