Probably not the best way to start off with a company
I must say that I have had nothing but good luck with my Sony products. Hoping I am one of the lucky few that always gets the "good" product and not one with an issue. Unfortunately EVERY company will have a product get off the assembly line that is below standard and the person that gets it will have issues and end with a bias against the product/company. Sony, imo, has a pretty good record of quality hardware, but bad ones do get through. Wishing you happy reading with your Onyx.
