Okay......if you just want to buy thru amazon, its easy, right? Just click on the "buy now" link on the Kindle.
If you want to download from somewhere else, you need to make sure you have the proper format, in our case, "mobipocket" or .prc. You would download the book to your computer, then sideload it to your Kindle using the usb cord provided.
shk246, have you gone here and looked over the 'help' section? If not.......you may find some great info on downloading books, with pictures and video.
Try practicing with some of our free ebooks here.......click the 'ebooks' tab,then click on "mobipocket" format. Choose genre, or search by authors last name. Click on the link and it will be downloaded to your computer.
When loading to your kindle, make sure you put the book into the "documents" folder.
