What is the deal with this company?

They said they were going to release this product in October. It's 3 months later and still no one knows what's going on. They won't even respond to inquiries about when it's supposed to be released in the US.

And what's with all the computer generated images? They sure don't look real to me. Using fake photos is just . . . weird.

And what's with all the typos on the iRex website?. I mean seriously, how unprofessional can you get.
