JSWolf: It verywell could be Netdrive's fault. I was not impressed with Sony support blowing off the identified issue though. I think knowing this may help save others some grief. I have since changed Netdrive for Weddrive and have not had problem
twinszz: I searched the forums here and found my best solution was to disable services to identify my problem. In my case, a process was running for the reader application. The program interface would not be seen running. By disabling unneeded services, I found that one of them was conflicting. By reinstating one at a time, I found where my problem was.
