Nope. FAT32 limit on drive with 512 byte sectors (normally you have x4 or x8 bigger sectors) is 2TB.
The way reader is accessing external cards is bugged (afaik card access utils reside in libuss.so. For some reason they don't mount external cards Linux way.). Known bugs so far were when using non-ascii letters. Did you use them?
