Four inches of snow in my area would be lots of snow.
A few years ago I saw someone drive into a ditch. I saw him on local televison news that night.
Two snowflakes, yes just 2 snowflakes, had hit his windshield. He panicked. And drove into a ditch.
The reporter asked him why he just didn't turn on his windshield wipers ?
He didn't think of that.
My opinion is that he was attempting to cover up he was drunk driving and was hoping his story of the crazed snowflakes attacking his truck would prevent a drunk driving breath test.
I have no idea what the end of the report said, I was laughing too hard to breathe well.
