Dale is right. If your folder/subfolder has a space in the name, i.e.,

Firstname [space] Lastname

Bookmarks are flaky.

Rename with just a single word, i.e., Firstname_Lastname

I've only used single word names in my subfolders and have never had a bookmarking problem.
