My experience was the other way around. I had LRF books reboot my reader frequently, since going exclusively to epub restarts of the reader have very rare.
Prior to switching to epub to get left justification with lrf files I had to hack the reader. Personally it should be a setting that you can turn on and off. When your eyes are older and you enjoy a larger font having full justification just gets weird with large spaces disrupting the flow. If anyone is reading this allow justification to be user controlled.
