Well, my nook shipped today. I'm looking forward to comparing it this weekend to my Sony PRS-505 that I have had for a year or so. I've heard they may be releasing another firmware update this week, so hopefully by the time I get my nook a good number of the issues will have already been fixed. Either way, from playing with it in the store, I am sure it will serve me well, allowing me to read both my epubs and my secure ereader books, as well as purchasing from the device. When they get syncing between the nook and the iPhone app released, then my nook experience will be complete!
