I was looking at their site quite carefully.
It is very, very cleverly worded.

You might have two possibilities:
1. They have "money back guarantee"
2. You can revoke the payment at the credit card company

Perhaps the best method would be to combine point one with point two.
Just ask for money back, saying you have been misleaded, or saying that you were not satisfied, because their software does not work under FreBSD ;-) (... and they do not say that the SW they send you only works under Windows. Do they?) Or claim that it does not work on your very old Apple computer, or Windows 98. You can also claim that your windows computer got tons of malware when you installed their software and they are liable for damages. They are very likely to refuse. Then you use their refusal to honour their "money back guarantee" as a basis for a complaint to the credit card company.

A friend of mine wanted to sell some small homemede electronics on the net using credit card payment. He ended up doing it without the support for credit cards, because the credit card companies have VERY strict policy towards the seller. All money you receive go to the escrow for at least 6 months. If your customer complains, the credit card company returns the money to the customer.

It might be worth your efforts. You can at the very least complicate their relationship with the credit card company.
