Ok... for the record this was sorted for me by a kind user through PM'ing. But I just wanted people to know that I finally got 'round to reading it yesterday and it was highly enjoyable. If you like stories such as Rudy Rucker's "Post Singular" and Cory Doctorow's "Down and out in the Magic Kingdom", then I highly recommend this easy read. Very enjoyable, (if somewhat disturbing).
