i've had some very helpful responses in my thread on loading content, which echo yours - good to see everyone is on the same wavelength.
I'm getting the reader to use public domain site almost entirely, I love Gutenburg and Manybooks and struggled to read their books on an early iPod (Dickens on a tiny screen), now I have finally decided to get a dedicated reader. I'm soooo pleased.

By the way, if I do drag and drop can I organise books on the Reader, or is it like iTunes in that you do all the organisation on the computer? And if I have some texts in Adobe digital library and others in Calibre, how does that look on the reader?
