I doubt that the current devices would do what you want. The closest model on the market is probably the Sony 600, since you can write directly on the screen and have those markings associated with that page. There were some squawks from the Sony users about difficulties getting those marks back on to their computers, but I don't remember the details. You might want to ask over on the Sony forum if any of them worked that out.

Alternatively, there are a bunch of new readers making their debut at CES right now, including several that have touch screens. Astak will likely be selling touch screen models this spring. No details yet on how well any of these readers will work or if they'll allow what you're trying to do, but if you can wait a few months, you might find lots of choices.
