I used the Sony s/w without problems when I first bought my liseuse, but only for managing the collection,not for purchases. Then I became dissatisfied with the s/w, cast about for alternatives and discovered Calibre (& MR thank heavens!) - since then "I have used no other" - Calibre has better interface and better set of features; Sony s/w is adequate but limited.
