For starters, the loading times seem to have improved quite a bit. Takes all of 2 seconds to start on my machine, vs. 6-10 7.x took.

Does it still install a "speed-launcher" into startup like the previous versions? Do you run vista? I don't really think that preloading all the possible applications you *may* use into memory is a good solution to bloatware.

But then again, I'm not too big on second chances.
