I read here that an issue regarding epubs exported from InDesign would not open in Sigil, but that the issue had been fixed in 0.1.5. I'm using 0.1.8 on the Mac and Windows and I'm having the same (or similar) issue.

When I try to open a manually-created epub, it opens fine, but when I try an InDesign-created epub, I get the error, "Cannot read file. /Users/bryan/.Sigil/scratchpad/.C1Z/OEBPS/myfile.xhtml: No such file or directory."

I tried removing the date tag as described here, but I get the same error. Is anyone else having this issue?
