To be fair Psystar
could have won that, but from what I read in the legal briefs at
Groklaw they got lazy/stupid. Jobs, on the other hand, knew
exactly what he was in for when he went to the Intel x86 platform and hasn't exactly been vocal about piracy that I know of.
just as Limewire and Bittorrent devs learned from the original Napster, so will someone profit from Psystar's mistakes.
