I think the problem occurred when you deregistered the kindle - you didnt need to do that! You simply needed to amend your original account to use the US address as the default 1click address. No need for a proxy IP either. Maybe you could deregister the kindle from your fake account and re register it in your normal account and add the US address to that account and try again. Download your purchases to your computer and dont use whispernet. Unfortunately your kindle model may now well be flagged and even this might not work.

I would never give any of these documents to an online merchant, because that is all Amazon is.
