Hi again,
during the holidays I thought of some more helpful page index modes (page left, page left %), so I added them. I also included a setting for the menu index and renamed the section to "Menu & Page Index".
Great job on the release candidate, everything seems to be working great so far. The only exception is, that the up and down keys in the included Mahjong game don't seem to work correctly while selecting tiles. Instead of up/down they move the cursor two tiles to the left/right.
