Hey guys,

One of my clients followed the old receipt, to take the "update_freekindle-k2i.bin" to jailbreak 2.3 k2i, you know this is not required for the new generation 2.3 k2i. Then, how to revert the mistaken step, he just can't hack his new k2i to support unicode(ie. by http://blogkindle.com/wp-content/upl...nstall-k2i.bin).

Here the list I figured to try but failed:
1. try to uninstall ..freekindle...bin updates by "http://blogkindle.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/04/update_ufh_uninstall-k2i.bin"
2. try to go to the second step via old bin http://blogkindle.com/wp-content/upl...nstall-k2i.bin
3. reset kindle to factory defaults. yeah, all user docs' gone but evil still there.
4. try to update the 2.3 firmware, nothing happens

I gave out my efforts, anyone was "lucky" to get it back? give me a hand.
