First of all, thanks one million almost for your great great software. I'm trying to inform you about my experience on MacOSX.
On this new version (0.6.32, not in older) when I edit the metadata from books and try to write an acute character (like á, é...) the text box writes me two characters, one with the acute and next the same character without acute (I'm from Spain).
And now advices for next releases:
- Automatic refresh when a metadata information is change. If I have order by BOOK SERIES and I put a new book of a series, I want to view the changes at realtime, for example.
- Includes the ability to use the clipboard for paste the book covers. With this, I have only to copy the image directly from the web and then paste on the metadata. As you know, now I must to download to my hard drive. Maybe a drag&drop option for covers would be good too.
- Add a group feature. With this, we can manage better our books, creating folders for specifics books. An automatic group creations by authors, book series would be great.
- The metadata information about number of the book on a book series (for example, Foundation Series by Asimov) does not appears on my ebook reader (Kindle 2) and I must to rename the books like 1., 2., etc... Are there any possibilities to fix this or change the name of the book automatically when calibre export to the book reader?
