PolymerVision was spun out of Phillips in 2007

LG only just got a license to produce panels on their own but they have been developing with it for 9 years or so as Phillips. You are confusing their license to produce panels on their own with their developing the whole tech to do so.
LG/Phillips has been at it far longer than a couple months

So, why LG panel just come on the market ??
Why LG does not sell Eink panel since 2001 ? Why PVI made panel not LG ?
Even if Philips is one of the first to work on this technology. and LG exist before "LG Philips" and LG is really something like a squid, one tentacle can do something that other are not aware of. Before LG Philips, LG was doing others things etc.. Sorry, but your argumentation does not explitly say that LG was working since 2001 on Eink panel, but Philips. And the Philips part that work on this split to become Polymer Vision, and some time before/after LG join with Philips but not necessarily with the Eink panel in their boxes.
If LG was working on Eink panel since 2001 (like you seems to say) WHY they were not the first manufacturer of Eink panel? They have larger factory than PVI...
