Edit:

If it's simple enough, how would I go about splitting the Cheesecakes section? Is it possible to do this "on the fly" without having to rewrite the template each time as there might be other sections I need to split at a later date.

Edit II:

Am I correct in assuming that I just create a heading4 style, set that as the recipe heading (obviously changing all recipe headings in the process) then make any necessary changes to the heading3 style and insert that between the "Cheesecakes" heading and any relevant recipes?
