One of the folks here at MobileRead, osnova, has devised a great navigational system for Bibles that beats anything I've seen in a ebook format. He calls his system Direct Verse Jump, and it allows you to quickly navigate to any verse simply by typing it in. Among the versions he's done so far are the King James Version and the World English Bible, and I believe he's working on a version with what Protestants call the Apocrypha. I don't know if he's done any Catholic versions, but since the Dhuey-Rhems is in the Public Domain, he might if enough people ask for it. He works quickly.
