Wow no wonder why non-us customers are so angry at Amazon.
Amazon seems to have put themselves in a pickle. If they charge only Kindle users they penalize customers that bought into their ereader and diverge from their overall business model. If they charge all non-us then they make the world angry save their home base customers.
