There are no dumb questions here! We are happy to answer anything, no matter how basic; our only real frustration is the mass of sloppy terminology used by mainstream media. (For example, "ereader" is a specific file format, but it's also widely used to refer to ebook readers. Someone might think an "ereader"-type ebook was usable on their recently purchased "ereader," and be upset to find out it doesn't work.)
