I remember, actually, there was a message about this free gift immediately after I placed the order, but my finger was too fast to ignore that message, instead of confirming it. I did send a mail to customer service asking about it and they reply I should have received an email about this gift some time last month. I didn't receive such mail. I ordered since early Nov.
