I'm packing for the CES and currently dealing with Ryleigh's separation anxiety. She woke up 4 times last night because she was worried she wouldn't get to tell me goodbye since we would have to leave for the airport while she was at school. We solved the problem by letting her stay home (I know, I know, but it is only 3rd grade)
I don't know how other parents do this, going on trips without their kids. This is the first time we've done this in almost 25 years of marriage. I really am a wimp!
