Welcome. I also graduated from a Palm to the PRS-300. It's nice not to have to turn the page so often. DRM can, as mentioned above, be removed. The PDB format used on the Palm can also be converted to a Sony friendly format using Calibre. There is lots of great information from lots of great people to be found on this forum. Happy reading.
