Problem with acute accent and tilde in BD

I have an 824-screen novel by D. H. Lawrence ready to go and just happened to spot (as I was getting ready to upload the novel), that two diacritical marks - the acute accent and the tilde - are not translating correctly when compiling into an lrf file. One other note about this is that all foreign phrases are also in italics.

I must stress that the iltalics and the two dicritical marks look FINE and PERFECT before being translated into an lrf file.

Further info: The file is an html file that was copied and pasted into BD, with Book Language [Configurations] set to French.

Any help would be appreciated. I have changed the Configuration setting to Spanish, but the problem is exactly the same.

Thanks,
Don

Sorry: I see this thread should have been posted in Troubleshooting.
