Not right now, I think that was more of a wish list than actual features.

Now, if Sony would follow suit with Amazon (who lets you e-mail documents to your Kindle for a fee), then something like Calibre could potentially be setup to e-mail scheduled feeds to your 900. But again this is just more speculation.

I'm kinda hoping Sony does offer this sort of service in the future though (the e-mailing of documents, or RSS), as I've currently got my own tool to generate PRS900-friendly periodicals for a couple RSS sources. The reason for the separate tool is that the PRS900 has some rather nice periodical-centric UI and organization features, but it only works if you have a bit of extra XML metadata in the ePub.
