Lenovo announced the U1 Hybrid IdeaPad today
The tablet pops out of the laptop frame and uses a snapdragon, its own memory and some form of Linux when in this mode.
When its in the laptop frame it uses an a CULV Intel Core 2 Duo processor , bigger drive and memory with windows 7
